Inspiration for creative minds
THE AUTHENTICITY OF ART
Reflecting thoughts, feelings and ways of seeing the world through ideas is to express concepts in different ways that end up mutating to then communicate what we are, that part of our personality that is reflected through objects that transport us to unique moments, and that in turn open our minds to new perceptions; for many, that is where inspiration and creativity are born, from the paths traveled that lead us to the task of visualizing a future where we always seek to be above expectations and ideals, where what is materialized gains so much strength that it ends up being useful and appreciated.
This is how different brands and artists from the city of Medellin have been creating works and elements that are based not only on art and design, but also on feeling and thinking. At The Blue House gallery we are passionate, daring and very versatile, we are always in that constant search for authentic talents that contribute and increasingly strengthen that new unique and aesthetic vision of transforming spaces to tell stories; it was with this purpose that we gathered in our house a select group of ingenious authors who shared anecdotes with us, not only about their work but also about how it inspires and identifies them.

Claudia Pérez's paintings flow and show that empowered and daring feminine side without fear of making mistakes. It is the essence of how ink and pencil capture shapes that recreate beauty and emotions. Hands are the purest and most useful tool that the body gives us, creating and forming with them is liberation. Morro Contento is an artisan brand that designs chairs with basic and minimalist shapes. The past and its memories, current trends in home furniture, geometry and finishes are the soul of Diamantina & La Perla's pieces, designs that are unique jewels that take on importance according to the intensity of the heart that possesses them.

Danilo Cuadros is a sculptor who sees in the human figure the answers to everything that is hidden, intangible and foreign to the mind. He is interested in the magic contained in some materials, people and places that are small situations perhaps similar to life itself. Architecture, more than a concrete structure, is appreciated by Santiago Arango as attractive spaces that are capable of interacting with people. This connection has led him to build large projects such as the Matorral Building, winner of first place in the Colombian Architecture Biennial in the habitat and collective housing category in 2016. He is an unconditional ally of 5 Sólidos, a brand with a unique and exclusive vision of interior design. This duo of creative minds has a subtly disruptive vision of how places with their own language can generate contrasts and impressions.

The understanding and uniqueness of knowledge comes from feeling and thinking.
